This keeps our turn around time less than most shops. During Feb about one week, during March through summer two weeks is average. We are a parts store, so we help customers get the right parts and don't try and talk them into bringing equipment, We do not service 2 cycle equipment generally, but we do sell Carlton chain, sharpen chains normally the same day we get them.
